I stayed for 2 nights and received excellent service from two reception ladies. They are really nice and helped me a lot. They helped me to order special trips with low prices and coordinated the time and service a lot. I have a lot of foreign currencies and they helped me well-managed the best spending during the two days. What impressed me a lot was their patience and the attidude to provide best solutions to the customers. I really miss you and will recommend my friends to come as well.

Overall experience was great. The room was clean and we got fresh towels and new utilities (shower gel/shampoo/ soap) every day. The room is also spacious, enough space to store the luggage. We enjoyed the stay so we extended our stay. Great rain shower with good water pressure! Friendly and honest staff. The hotel is located 15-20 min walking distance to night markets and river front. One of the maids hit our rental motorbike while parking backwards and it got damaged. Before we even noticed they alerted the rental company and arranged an insurance agent who came to take pictures. They covered all the cost and we got back the full deposit!

The cafè downstairs, they do motorbike renting on site, very good housekeeping, close to beach and night market, 711 near by, lift to carry suitcases etc, clean toilets, very nice security guard, free parking, map around the town

The rooms are amazing so clean got everything you need and bed is so comfy. The staff are so friendly and helpful! Our room was cleaned everyday which was so lovely. We wanted to extend our stay by one day which they organised at reception quickly, very grateful. Such good value for money!!

Very friendly and competent staff. Easy to rent a scooter via hotel for a good price. Very good price value for our overall stay. Good beds. Perfect as a base for day trips with the scooter.

The room was SO CLEAN and comfortable. And for literally USD 40 a night for a triple room, it was so spacious. The bathroom was really good. Shower had a shower door (my biggest pet peeve is the whole bathroom getting wet after one person has a bath). Good water pressure, all the required toiletries. The room had a balcony but the view isn't so great. Very helpful staff, I even messaged the property in advance to let them know that we will be arriving early and they kept the room ready for us. They even helped us out with booking a taxi with driver to take us to Emerald pool and hot springs and airport. I know this hotel is supposed to be quite central in the Krabi Town Area but I can't vouch that because we didn't go sightseeing in Krabi Town at all! The sole purpose of us booking this hotel was the proximity to Emerald pool, Hot Springs and the Airport. However it is just a 25 mins grab ride to Ao Nang!

We did not expect much as this was just going to be a night before heading for the islands. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. All 5 of us slept well (which is rare.) Really quiet rooms for being in a busy street. The bed, mattress, pillows were all very comfortable. There were plenty of smartly spaced wall outlets, good WiFi coverage. Very clean facility and rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. They got us a deal on the ferry boat and arranged for transportation. Easy walk to the night market. Not much more we could ask for.

Fantastic staff really happy with the service from the team & room was super clean & modern. Lady was happy to help anything needed, even gave us a map & marked out where to go. Great having option to buy soft drinks & water at reception but also a coffee shop outside.
